Shipping and delivery

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched by TAILOR DIFFUSION SRL from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 and 17:00. Orders placed at the weekend are processed from the following Monday morning.

Dispatch times depend on the availability and type of product chosen and on the delivery area. Average times are:

• from 45 to 60 days for made-to-measure production, entirely handcrafted: about 45 days if the fabric is already in our warehouse, about 60 if we have to order it from the wool mill (for particular needs or urgent requests, please contact our customer service at info@ottavionuccio.com);
• 2-7 days for garments available in stock sizes.

We ship worldwide with the couriers UPS, SDA and TNT TRACO. Estimated delivery times from the dispatch date:

• Italy: 1-2 days;
• USA and Canada: 3-5 days depending on the destination;
• Europe: 1-5 days depending on the destination;
• rest of the world: 3-10 days depending on the destination.

We are not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or to causes of force majeure beyond the control of TAILOR DIFFUSION SRL.

We remind new customers that we may ask the bank or PayPal to verify the transaction, including by contacting the counterparty bank: this verification may cause some delay in the dispatch of the order.

Available items: immediate dispatch

Orders for items already available are dispatched within the second working day following the day on which the order was placed.

In all cases we reserve the right to postpone dispatch should events occur due to causes of force majeure.

Shipping methods

We deliver orders worldwide with the couriers UPS, SDA and TNT TRACO. You may receive your order at the address you indicate: when placing the order you may select two different addresses, one for invoicing and one for delivery.

We do not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. box).

Once the request has been made and payment completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Should you not receive it, we recommend checking that the email has not ended up in your junk mail folder; if it has not arrived there either, please contact our customer service at info@ottavionuccio.com.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs differ according to the country of destination.

Italy (zone A)

• Shipments with a value below € 200,00: cost € 10,00.
• Shipments of orders exceeding € 200,00 are free of charge.

European EU countries (zone B)

• Shipments with a value below € 300,00: cost € 30,00.
• Shipments of orders exceeding € 300,00 are free of charge.

European non-EU countries (zone C)

• Shipments with a value below € 100,00: cost € 30,00.
• Shipments with a value between € 100,00 and € 500,00: cost € 60,00.
• Shipments of orders exceeding € 500,00 are free of charge.

Zone D: the Americas (including Central and South America) and Africa

• Shipments with a value below € 100,00: cost € 30,00.
• Shipments with a value between € 100,00 and € 500,00: cost € 60,00.
• Shipments of orders exceeding € 500,00 are free of charge.

Zone E: Asia and Oceania

• Shipments with a value below € 700,00: cost € 150,00.
• Shipments with a value between € 700,00 and € 1.400,00: cost € 50,00.
• Shipments of orders exceeding € 1.400,00 are free of charge.

Shipments outside the European Union are exempt from VAT, but entail the payment of import taxes (customs duties and charges) which are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the costs indicated above.

As required by the laws governing trade, all our shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value in euros.
